Terms of Service

1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern the use of the My GRWM app ("App"), operated by BANANERD, owner Fatlind Alishani, Switzerland ("Provider"). By registering and using the App, you accept these Terms in full.
2. Registration & Account
a) Registration via Google, Apple, or email sign-in is required to use the App. b) You must provide truthful information and keep your credentials confidential. c) Only one account per person is permitted. d) We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Services
The App provides: • AI-powered outfit recommendations based on your wardrobe and weather • Digital wardrobe management with photo upload • Influencer style analysis and matching • Fashion trend reports and style inspiration Outfit recommendations are AI-generated suggestions. We do not guarantee the suitability of recommendations for specific occasions or personal preferences.
4. Premium Subscription
a) Certain features are available only with a Premium subscription. b) Subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and managed via your Apple ID. c) Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal are governed by Apple's terms. d) You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. e) Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.
5. User Content
a) You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to the App. b) By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for providing the App's services (e.g., AI analysis). c) You must not upload content that infringes on third-party rights, is illegal, or is inappropriate. d) We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.
6. AI & Data Processing
a) The App uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to analyze outfits and provide recommendations. b) AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or completeness. c) Wardrobe photos are processed by AI only when you explicitly request analysis. d) We do not use your personal content to train AI models.
7. Intellectual Property
a) The App, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of BANANERD. b) You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App. c) "My GRWM" and the BANANERD logo are trademarks of BANANERD.
8. Limitation of Liability
a) The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. b) We are not liable for decisions made based on AI outfit recommendations. c) Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Premium subscriptions in the last 12 months. d) We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or third-party service failures.
9. Termination
a) You may delete your account at any time via the App settings. b) Upon deletion, all your data including wardrobe photos will be permanently removed within 30 days. c) We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
